Can you provide samples?

A: Yes, we accept sample orders for quality testing, offering 1-2 pieces per model. Samples are typically ready within 1-7 working days.
Due to our products containing batteries, major courier companies like DHL, FedEx, and UPS usually cannot ship them by air. We arrange delivery through courier agents who accept shipments with Freight Prepaid in China. Please note that company courier account numbers cannot be used for these samples. Delivery usually takes 3-7 days, with both air and sea shipping options available.
What is the MOQ?

A: Our MOQ ranges from 200 to 5000 pieces per model, depending on the specific product. You are welcome to use your own logo, your own packing design, and customize the voltage and plug type to suit your specific requirements.

If your order quantity is on the lower end, there may be some additional costs involved. This is due to the need for reconfiguring our production line and the associated labor costs. These factors contribute to a slightly higher unit price for smaller orders. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
